Booking Process
a. Contact Availability: Reach out to us to confirm the availability of your desired tour dates.
b. Reservation Deposit: Secure your spot by making a reservation deposit of €200. This deposit is refundable only if the trip is canceled.
Payment Details
a. Initial Payment: A 40% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by us.
b. Bank Transfer: Online payment options are limited in Morocco. Transfer the deposit amount to our bank account, details of which will be provided upon booking.
c. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled trip.
Ground Rules
Respect: Every traveler joining our journey is expected to show respect towards fellow group members, trip leaders, locals, and the local culture.
Commitment: Punctuality and adherence to company and local rules are essential. Understand that the trip leader may make necessary changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Communication: Promptly report any issues, discomfort, or health concerns to the trip leader.
Conditions
1. Booking:
a. Confirmation: Your tour is confirmed upon receipt of the 40% deposit.
b. Payment: Due to online payment limitations in Morocco, bank transfers are the preferred mode of payment. The initial 40% deposit secures your spot, and the remaining amount must be settled 30 days before your arrival in Morocco.
2. Cancellation:
a. Cancellation Refund: If you need to cancel your tour, a refund is applicable if the cancellation is made at least one month before the scheduled departure.
b. Health-Related Cancellation: If cancellation occurs within a month of departure or during the trip due to health reasons, refunds are not provided. However, we will assist you in obtaining any necessary documentation for insurance claims.
